I have been shooting for many years and in the last few, have given up all my extreme sports and things of risk that were unhealthy. The passion for capturing something special is first and foremost on the list.
I have always had a creative drive since my early days of childhood from artwork, woodworking, metal craft, sewing, cooking or anything where I was making something. I have always been a photography guy and dabbled in the hobby on and off since my high school days.
I was fortunate to have spent time shooting film and developing in the lab or darkroom many years ago. I believe that is truly a lost art.
I have very few pictures from my childhood for one reason or another, and it instilled a drive in me to make sure other people have more than enough memories to look back on years down the road. My love for technology creates an exciting partnership between someone who loves both creation and camera gear.
I got back into the hobby a many years ago to capture and catalog my kid’s sports. CWP has grown into an amazing machine. My high attention to detail does not allow me to have anything but exceptional quality. I take this same philosophy for every event I photograph. I love to spend time outdoors and in the studio. I am not a "natural" light photographer like so many brand themselves. I use many different tools like flashes and expensive lighting and gear to have the ultimate control on the picture I am trying to take.
I shoot predominately youth sports but will also shoot the other stuff. Just no weddings.
